Embrés Skin ships worldwide. Depending on the product, orders will be shipped via Canada Post, FEDEX, or UPS. Please expect some delays due to our current situation. It usually takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that contains your tracking number, unless you choose standard untracked shipping.

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: “Small packet USA air” and “small packet international air” do not come with a tracking number. Should there be any custom fees required, it is the responsibility of the international buyer to settle it.

DAMAGED ORDERS

We make sure that our products are securely wrapped, therefore, Embrés Skin is not liable for products that arrived damaged. Embrés Skin has no control over what happens to the products in transit. But if this happens, kindly send an email to hello@embres.net, so we can look into it (please include photos). Damaged orders must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
